Department: Private Home Care Schedule: Per Diem Shift: Varies Hours: 08 Union: Req Num: 000002273 Job Details: Provides and documents care to patients under the direction of an appropriate clinical partner to include a safe, comfortable, and confidential environment. Participates as a team member to ensure appropriate service to all internal/external customers. Current CA CNA/HHA certification required. Minimum of 12 months experience. BLS certification required. High school graduate or equivalent required. Post high school specialized vocational training preferred. 1 year healthcare experience required. 1-2 years home healthcare experience preferred. BLS; Home Health Aide required. Valid driver's license required.
