Accounts Receivable Collections

Make a difference in a child's life as you work in an administrative capacity! The Help Group, the largest, most innovative and comprehensive non-profit organization in the United States serving children with special needs has an exciting opportunity for a Collections Person.



Reconcile past due accounts


Research billing discrepancies


Prepare journal vouchers and check deposits


Process credit card payments and co-pays


On a weekly basis, prepare A/R collections reports for all overdue invoices.





Minimum two years experience in accounting. Excellent written & communication skills. Working knowledge of computerized accounting software, spreadsheets & word processing.
