Administrative Assistant

Founded in 1975, The Help Group is the largest, most innovative and comprehensive nonprofit organization in the United States serving children with special needs related to autism, Asperger's disorder, learning disabilities, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, mental retardation, abuse and emotional problems.

QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years experience as an administrative assistant, excellent phone, people, and organizational skills required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Perform a variety of secretary tasks; answer busy phones lines, arrange and set up for meetings, typing correspondence and reports.
*Assist in coordination of special events.
*Maintain calendar of appointments and meetings for supervisor, prepare agenda, materials and refreshments.
