Department: Skilled Nursing Facility Schedule: Part-Time II Shift: Day Hours: 08 Union: CHE Req Num: 000003005 Job Details: Primarily responsible for providing individualized care related to activities of daily living to the elderly, chronically ill and those with rehabilitative or palliative needs. Care will be provided with dignity to meet the patient needs and to ensure a safe and comfortable environment. Particaptes as a team member to ensure appropriate care and support to all internal/external customers and displays an ongoing commitment to quality. Current CA CNA certification required and BLS. SNF experience preferred. 0-6 months similar experience required. 1-2 years similar experience preferred.
