Case Manager

The Case Manager is responsible for the case file of employees with disabilities and interfacing with parents, care providers, and vendors. Duties include but are not limited to on-going work plans & implementation of objectives. This entails structuring goals, relationship building, documentation of case files and various reports, and other activities designed to promote individual vocational development of people with disabilities. This position reports directly to the Site Manager and works closely with PRIDE operations in determining best work and training practices for employees with disabilities.





The qualified candidate should have experience working with people with disabilities and a B.A. Degree in Health & Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required as well as working knowledge of MS Office products.
