Summary of position: Works with desktop services team to repair, maintain, install and enhance desktop and printer systems and components; answers phone calls from help desk, fills out customer request forms and prepares billing. Scope of duties encompasses hardware, software and networks.





Required Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and two years related experience and/or training, experience in new user setups, ability to work with people one-on-one and on teams, working knowledge of at least three software applications and a heart for ministry and serving others.
