HR Director

HR Director for growing non-profit in Compton.



Our client in Compton is in need of a Human Resources Director ASAP. We are looking for an organized, enthusiastic and mature team player to work in a fast-paced office. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and must be able to work with deadlines and under pressure. Someone who wants to work in a Non-Profit organization making a difference in children's lives.


Job Requirements include but not limited to:

Workman's comp experience.
Scheduling applicant appointments
Make hiring decisions
Complete hiring documents as required by law
Office Microsoft skills
Knowledge of HR laws and codes

Bachelor's Degree or 3-5 years experience in Human Resources is required!!!
