Department: Private Home Care Schedule: Full-Time Shift: Day Hours: 08 Union: Req Num: 000002575 Job Details: Provides and documents professional nursing care within scope of practice standards under supervision of RN for assigned patients. Maintains a safe, comfortable and confidential environment for the patient. Participates as a team member to ensure appropriate resources to all internal/external customers. High school graduate or equivalent required. Post high school specialized vocational training preferred. 12 months as LVN experience required. 1-2 years LVN in home healthcare experience preferred. BLS required. CA LVN license and valid drivers license required.
