Landscape Designer / Architect - Residential Designs - AutoCad

Do you have 5+ years of experience as a Landscape Designer / Landscape Architect using AutoCad?

Do you have a degree in Landscape Architecture with the desire to work on incredible projects where your creativity is encouraged?

Who are we?

A full service residential landscape design firm. We specialize in award winning designs for upscale residential homes in the Bay area. Due to our explosive growth and expansion, we have an opening for a talented landscape designer to join our team!

What will you be doing?

- Responsible for creating award-winning designs!
- Working closely with the clients as well as design and sales team to develop a design that will work within the clients desire and budget
- Render, illustrate, accumulate sample photos and/or create 3D images to help client visualize the design
- Creating base maps, grading and drainage plans, structural plans, planting plans and custom details in AutoCAD
- Guide clients through entire process of design and construction
- Assist in the management of the design team.

What do you need to qualify?

- 5+ years of experience as a landscape designer
- 2+ years experience working with AutoCAD
- 2+ years of experience managing or assisting in the management of a design team.
- Must have Bachelor's Degree- Landscape Architecture degree highly PREFERRED!
- Strong conceptual design and hand graphics skills and an in-depth knowledge in the preparation and production of construction documents
- Knowledge of local building codes, planting choices and lighting
- Solid experience in a variety of project types and scales.
