We are seeking talent for the opportunity described below.






The Senior Program Advisor supports the expansion, development, and implementation of Educare Centers in the Bounce Learning Network (BLN) by providing training, technical assistance, on core features to designated Bounce Learning Network sites. The Senior Program Advisor's role is to work with BLN site leadership to enhance program's ability and capacity to provide Educare services.





The Senior Program Advisor functions as a critical member of the Bounce Learning Network Division with an overall goal of helping communities across the country to create Educare Centers that provide comprehensive Early Childhood Education and core services designed to better prepare at risk, infants, toddlers, children; and their families for success in school.


This position requires 40 % travel, including overnight stays.





EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS


- Masters degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Social Work, Human Services, or related field.


- Minimum of 10 years experience in management/leadership positions, involving supervision, staff development and training, program development administration. Experience working in early childhood programs in a leadership role is preferred.
