Job Description
A McDonald's Assistant Manager reports directly to the General Manager and would be responsible for up to 20 employees at a given time. We are looking for 2 individuals with strong management and restaurant experience. Ability to take over and run a shift is a priority. Prior McDonald's quick service experience will put you at the top of the hiring list. We want to help you become General Manager within 3 months time. Only you can hold yourself back from advancement!


If you do not possess the following criteria listed in qualifications and responsibilities you must start at entry level - commiserate with your experience.


Primary Responsibilities



1 year Restaurant Operational Experience

Administrate Restaurant Systems

Prior Customer Service Experience

Stay within parameters of Labor Percentage and Food Costs

Spanish as second language a plus but not mandatory

Multi Task Management Experience

Prior P & L Experience Helpful


Job Qualifications


Must be a motivated self starter

Enjoy working in a fast paced environment

Must possess great communication, leadership & customers service skills

High Energy Level

College helpful
