Unit Description:
This is a Facility - Engineering Position that has additional responsiblies to oversee Housekeeping. The idal candidate will have a degree or relative experience in directing a healthcare maintenance department. A CHFM is a plus.
Job Description:
Position Summary: Responsible for general management of an account/unit providing two or more core services (facilities/engineering, food or custodial). Senior-most person assigned to a one client account. Basic Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree Basic Management/Supervisory Experience Required: 4 year(s) of lead/supervisory/management experience Basic Functional Experience Required: 4 year(s) You may substitute 1 additional year of experience for each year of education below the basic requirement above as long as you possess a high-school diploma or GED.
