Job Description
Fast paced inside telephone sales position in the secondary wholesale industry. Secondary wholesalers serve as an important alternative source of products for retailers and wholesalers. This position specializes in selling and/or sourcing grocery and health and beauty care products to/from major grocery store chains and wholesalers.


Primary Responsibilities


Sells and/or sources non perishable grocery or health and beauty care products, in high volume amounts, via telephone, to/from major retailers and wholesalers

Reviews extensive electronic data to make good business decisions

Develops and maintains great customer relationships

Provides extraordinary customer service and follow up

Works as a true team player

Achieves and exceeds goals sales and profit goals on a consistent basis


Job Qualifications


Enthusiasm and self motivation

Proficiency in navigating on a computer, with some typing skills

Excellent and professional telephone communication skills and pleasant demeanor

Enjoys the satisfaction and excitement of closing a deal

Decisive with the ability to work at a fast pace

Experience in wholesale, retail buying or experience in grocery products a plus
