Leads and coordinates the development, verification, validation and application of logistics supportability plans in support of ILS & MANPRINT evaluations for IAMD Battle Command Systems (IBCS) software/hardware efforts, resulting in the materiel release and fielding of systems. Develop schedule milestones, logistics related measures of effectiveness & performance and recommend new areas of investigation. Use models and simulations to gather data to assess system sustainability, logistics footprint, and supportability strategies. Identify capabilities and limitations relative to ILS, the seven domains of MANPRINT, and Performance Based Logistics. Critically review and provide input to program documentation. Act as principal POC for the Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP)/Supportability Strategy (SS
), Materiel Fielding Plans, Systems Support Plans and MANPRINT/Human Factors plans/documentation. Works logistics policy issues in support of PM-IAMD, PM-IBCS, ATEC, ASA(ALT), and other DoD SMEs.


Must Have the Following:
BS or BA
Minimum of 10 years experience in the development of ILSP, SSP, Materiel Fielding plans, and MANPRINT/Human Factors plans/documentation
Proficiency in MS Office application programs
Skills, knowledge, and abilities to successfully interact with government (military and civilian) and contractor personnel
Have and maintain a SECRET clearance
Prefer to Have the Following:
Engineering or Logistics related degree desired
Knowledge of the Army Air and Missile Defense systems desired
