National Service Billing Clerk

Ingersoll Rand Climate Control Technologies Sector is seeking an experienced National Service Billing Clerk for our Bolingbrook, IL location.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide national service billing support to our National customers. Insuring that Sales staff and local Branches customers receive quality, efficient, and accurate service invoicing. Responsible for monitoring day-to-day back office invoicing procedures at our local Branches, as well as confidential matters and issues where the highest level of discretion and decorum is expected. Interface with internal management, branch offices, customers, employees to facilitate open communication.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Complete monthly reports as required by management.

Filing, and service ticket throughput.

Set-up new vendors and new service customers on Branch Service System and in Field Centrix.

Accurately prepare and print customer services invoice through entering labor and material into Branch Accounting System and printing FieldCentrix tickets, if applicable.

Research Database thoroughly for proper pricing to insure customer invoicing matches contracts.

Verify purchase orders and field invoices are equal prior to mailing to customer.

Extensive communication with Branch Billing Clerks and Branch Service Managers to resolve service ticket issues.

Provide high level of service to customers internal and external.


REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks, communicate information in a timely fashion and with the appropriate sense of urgency.

Attention to customer needs and maintains a high level of discretion and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive material.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills, organizational skills, mathematical skills, detail oriented and highly motivated.

Ability to work both individually and as a team with minimum supervision.

Minimum five years of experience, Billing experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Lotus Notes, PowerPoint, Branch Service System and Access experience desired.
