JOB TITLE: Process Improvement Manager


DEPARTMENT: Process Improvement


REPORTS TO: VP of Process Improvement














ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Six Sigma

Participation in an ISO implementation /quality systems

Warehouse methods

Materials handling

Industrial Engineering Methods

Hands-on Implementation Experience

Systems Implementation Experience






KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES


Minimum of 5 to 7 years of Product Management experience

Implementation Experience

Excellent leadership, time management, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

Ability to travel up to 33%


Education: Bachelor degree in Engineering
