Required Knowledge & Experience: Excellent interpersonal skills; customer relations oriented; excellent management skills. Typically requires BS in related discipline or BA in Business with 5+ years directly related experience. Job Specific Knowledge & Experience: Plan schedules as well as project budgets.
Responsibilities: Monitors the product/program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customer on technical matters. Organizes interdepartmental responsibilities ensuring completion of the product/program/project on schedule and within budget constraints. Assigns and monitors work of systems analysis and staff, providing technical support and direction.
