QUALITY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN I

Provides preventative maintenance (cleaning, repair, adjustment and lubrication) for a specified group of facilities as well as review and minor repair of non-defective store stock repair. Works closely with the Quality Maintenance Technician to provide team support to assigned tasks. Gives final approval for work and assembly tasks done by the Preventative Maintenance Associate. Reports to the Operations Manager/Support Manager, with direction of the District Facilities Manager for training productivity, tracking and process improvement. Is a member of the Quality Maintenance Organization.

Required:
Computer Knowledge
Small Motor repair experience
Must possess a valid driver license
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to stand & walk for long periods of time
Ability to bend, stoop and kneel frequently
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
