Conducts proposal strategy development and preparation, contract planning and negotiation, administration and trouble-shooting of issues affecting contracts. Monitors company performance for conformance to original proposal and maintains continual reviews to ensure that all terms and conditions are met and that the contract is in accordance with legal and contract requirements, and government regulations. Prepares and disseminates information throughout the company regarding contract status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation and termination. Coordinates, negotiates and resolves contractual compliance issues with various governmental agencies to ensure accurate interpretation.


Must Have the Following:
At least five y
ears of direct federal contracts Contracts Administrative experience
Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, Excel and MS Word.
Knowledgeable in cradle-to-grave contracting (from business/price proposal development, direct and indirect costs and pricing, negotiations, administration, to close-out of contracts)
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Able to be multi-tasked and work under competing deadlines while supporting multiple customers
Prefer to Have the Following:
Use of CostPoint Project module a plus.
BS/BBA/BA in Business Administration, Procurement, Accounting or related field strongly preferred.
