Job Summary

This position is responsible for the leadership and efficient management of the In-Home technical workforce.

* Utilize the workforce planning process to hire and train the best techs for the job
* Assist in ISO compliance
* Reviews technical performance data with subordinates to identify performance improvement issues.
* Reviews customer feedback
* Interacts with Routing Manager to insure tech data is correct
* Works with District Sales Manager to insure parts and service share match workforce abilities.
* Assists in the recruitment and selection of technicians
* Assists in training and tracking of technicians

Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements

Degree preferred
Direct supervisory skills required
Strong motivation and leadership skills
Excellent Customer Service ability
Able to generate and update Excell Spreadsheets and other Mgt reports
Strong PC skills
Able to hold meetings and generate performance improvement strategies
Retail and or Service experience a plus
