Individual will provide programmatic, technical, analytic, engineering, and leadership support to the GMD JPO Mission Managers within GMT. Individual will be responsible for supporting the Mission Manager with the preparation of critical design and test readiness reviews; test integration, flight test execution, and reporting. Tasks include interfacing with the GMD Prime Contractor, the MDA Combined Test Force, MDA Test Resources, GMD component product offices, and other GMT personnel; coordinating test support resource management, test range support, test reporting events and outputs, executive summaries, review and providing comments on test documentation (DTPs, UDS, Go/No-Go Document, MD Checklist, etc.), tracking of schedules, development of status briefs, support of major test readiness reviews and
briefings, periodic status reports, review of post test reports and other assessments reports, as well as assisting in the resolution of major issues and critical areas. The individual will be required to work with the Prime Contractor during the preparation, conduct, evaluation, and reporting of these tests. Person selected will be tasked to use their expertise to respond to issues and inquiries, frequently on a rapid response basis. The position requires the ability to travel to support coordination meetings, reviews, and for test execution. Requires a highly motivated, self-starter who works well with other personnel, minimum guidance and on a short timeline.


Must Have the Following:
Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience in DoD major acquisition programs; planning or system testing
Experience with Missile Defense Flight Testing
Experience in developing and supporting mission planning activities for
test events
Ability to participate within a team environment and to quickly assess and prepare position papers or briefings related to Test Integration and Execution issues required.
Demonstrated experience with using Microsoft products to include Power Point, Word, Excel, Access, Project, and internet/intranet.
Strong verbal, written, interpersonal communications and customer interface skills
Requires a highly motivated self starter requiring minimum guidance
Able to multitask in high pressure environment
Active Secret Clearance;
Willingness to travel
