An excellent opportunity to take your previous clinical research experience within a number of accepted therapeutic areas (rheumatology, cardiovascular, GI, etc.) and join an established Medical Affairs Group as they continue to market this extremely successful drug. Location: New York, New York

Compensation: Total compensation will range depending on experience, but will likely range between $160k - $200k+.

Position Description:


In a nutshell, your primary responsibilities will include: developing relationships and actively work with scientific thought leaders, participation in advisory meetings, sales support, and direction of the medical education program.


Customized presentations to internal (e.g., sales, marketing, medical) and external (e.g., regulators, physicians, organizations) audiences on product and projects

Develop specific strategy for Phase IIIb/IV studies.

Participate in development of sNDAs. This will include presentations to Regulatory authorities.

Marketing support including proactively assessing medical information for potential promotional use.

Train and collaborate with regional medical research team members








Requirements:


PhD required. Board certified MDs are strongly preferred. Foreign Medical Degrees will be considered.

Pharmaceutical Industry experience is highly desired. They will consider someone from academia who has extensive clinical trial experience.

Strong communication/presentation skills are a must.

Expected travel is variable but is approximately 20%.
