DUTIES: Supervise U.S. accounting of all Trade Accounts Receivable functions. Responsible for allTrade Accounts Receivable functions including GAAP accounting, valuation, collection efforts, and internal control structure. Perform continuous improvement in AR, cash application, and collection efforts.Responsible for analysis, calculation, and processing of corporate royalties receivables. Provide oversight for all corporate reserve calculations and functions. Supervise department consisting of 3 Processors and/or Analysts.

REQUIREMENTS: Accounting Degree, 6 years relevant job experience. Strong supervisory experience essential. Self starter. Biotech/pharmaceutical experience desired. Experience working with internal controls and processes. CPA or CPA equivalent desirable but not required. Assist in Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 compliance work. Participate in special projects, as assigned. Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills. Excellent analytical skills and high focus on accuracy. Work well under tight deadlines and in a dynamic environment with multiple deliverables. Experienced with SAP R/3 is required.
