The Role

As a Sales Executive/Key Accounts Manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced environment helping sell and grow sales to some of the biggest companies in the world with the opportunity to do the following:




Working from a defined client base, you will be responsible for achieving challenging revenue targets, as defined by the Vice President of Healthcare

You will be charged with identifying probable purchasers and networking through organizations to increase the growth potential in existing accounts.

Within this role, you will be cementing key relationships with some of the biggest companies in the world for renewable product licenses as well as ad-hoc custom projects

You will be determining customer needs and translating them into actionable sales opportunities, often presenting and negotiating up to the Board level in any organization

You will be self-motivating and strive to exceed revenue targets

Deliver exceptional results, to the level of success which Datamonitor has come to expect of itself and against agreed quotas and budgets
The successful candidate will also be required to lead a number of projects and initiatives, focusing on increasing the efficiency and productivity of the Sales team



You will be part of a key accounts sales team charged with increasing Datamonitor s penetration and market share within top accounts

Maintain and drive a high level of sales activity and motivation

You will assist in the identification and communication of best practice sales and account management strategies

You will demonstrate a high level of professionalism and lead by example to junior sales people, mentoring and promoting strong internal and external relationships
The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years sales experience with industry relevant knowledge of the healthcare market. With a proven sales track record, the candidate will be able to show outstanding sales performance and leadership skills. Strong presentation, networking and negotiation skills are a must as well as the ability to communicate effectively on a technical and non-technical level.
