Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include a variety of general accounting tasks, including but not limited to all types of business and individual income tax preparation, preparation of compiled and reviewed financial statements, some payroll tax return prep and sales tax return prep, plus other various filings.
Position requires a good technical knowledge of business with strong computer skills on tax and accounting software.
Candidate should have good organizational and communication skills and the ability to transition easily between different clients and their specific systems and work requirements.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Collateral Supervisor & Director openings:
Supervise, review and approve the processing of all collateral transactions performed by Collateral Processors/Analysts.
Monitor customers, collateral positions daily and report customers who are under collateralized to management. Ensure that all under-collateralized positions are covered according to policy and procedures. Prepare the daily under-collateralized report for distribution.
Coordinate customer requests for the submission of specific forms of collateral, review private placement prospectuses and related legal documents and recommend action.
Perform the daily CAMS reconciliation of indebtedness, deposits and securities. Report to Director and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
Requirements:
BBA/BA/BS in Business and/or Finance.
Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
Must be proficient with PC software (Excel, Access, Word, etc) in the creation of spreadsheets, databases and various word processing formats.
Three to five years with a financial institution. Collateral and Credit background preferred.
Experience with mortgage assets and legal documentation a plus.

Function: Job Title: Credit Analyst- Financial Reporter
Prepare Credit Services' financial data submission for SEC [10K, 10Q, Form 10 Matrix] and other regulatory reports, the Bank's Annual Report, and the Bank's Board of Directors.
Keep abreast of Sarbox requirements and ensure that Member Services Managers are apprised of changes in requirements.
Perform statistically valid testing of the controls as outlined in each Department's test plans. Communicate the results of the testing to the respective Manager and help in performing any remediation required for failed testing.
Assist the Managers of their respective Departments in the preparation and publishing of procedures and the subsequent updating of flow charts, departmental risk assessments and key control matrix.
Requirements:
BS/BA in Accounting required; MBA preferred.
Proficient in accurately compiling and manipulating financial data for inclusion in regulatory financial reports.
Working knowledge of sampling methodology.
Working knowledge of operational risk management.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite [Excel, Access, Word, etc.].
Working knowledge of Flow Design; Databases and Database Management Tools.
Three years of experience in an accounting and/or financial reporting role in a banking environment - SOX experience and/or audit experience preferred.
Prior experience in mining and compiling data for inclusion in financial reports - SEC filings, Annual Reports, Other Regulatory Reports and related materials.
