ASSISTANT LEASE ADMINISTRATOR


Position Purpose: This position provides administrative and clerical support to the Lease Adminisrator.


Essential Position Functions



Principal Accountabilities


Create and/or revise/update Word documents, Excel spreadsheets and Access databases, including but not limited to: Letters, Memos, Estoppels/SNDAs, Lease Abstracts, Lease Amendments and Contact database.

Mail and distribute executed legal documents

Prepare and copy deal sheets and ROAs for Real Estate Committee presentation

Open and distribute mail

Alphanumeric and chronological filing


Education/Experience


6 + months Retail Real Estate/Lease Administration experience

Paralegal experience and/or schooling

Proficient in Word and Excel

Knowledge of Access

Excellent verbal and written communicaiton skills

Ability to interact with landloards, attorneys and associates at all levels within the company

Strong organizational skills
