JOB DESCRIPTION:





Immediate opportunity in our Cranford NJ Corporate office for an Acquisitions Analyst to join our investment team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:








Performing financial assessment and analysis of office properties under consideration for purchase;







Collecting and analyzing pertinent property and market information;







Attending property walk-throughs;







Coordinating due-diligence process on assigned acquisitions/dispositions;







Performing financial projections for Mack-Cali owned assets on quarterly basis for earnings call;







Assisting Director on various senior level projects.








JOB REQUIREMENTS:








Minimum of 2-5 years related commercial real estate experience and/or training;







Knowledge of real estate investment analysis software applications (i.e. Argus, DynaLease);







Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university;







Computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft Office suite programs (Excel, etc.).
