Job Description/ Qualifications:Section Manager to direct the growth and direction of the Land Development Engineering Department. Responsibilities of the position require a Virginia P.E. (or eligible) with a minimum of 4 years of successful client and agency experience and references in suburban locale for residential, commercial and government design projects. Preference to candidates with superior communication skills to coordinate with in-house departments of Planning, Survey and Environmental Services for proposal preparations and presentations. Knowledge of AutoCAD LDD to lead and mentor design teams. DPE helpful.
