On-Site Representative



Responsibilities


Work from client site to provide customer service and act as liaison between OneStop operations and client

Exceed client expectations in the delivery of customer service in line with client business need

Answer all telephone inquiries and emails; resolve client issues within appropriate timeframes and inline with corporate standards

Track client inquires to classify issues and identify trends

Proactively identify opportunities for operational improvements based on client inquiry trends and client interaction

Provide open communication with client regarding operations and sales

Facilitate meetings between client and operations

Minimum Qualifications


Experience in a customer service focused environment; demonstrated customer service skills

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in person and by telephone

Strong problem solving skills

Ability to operate a personal computer and use Microsoft Office software and Internet Explorer

Ability to multi-task in a self-directed environment

Demonstrated success working in a team

One year of experience in title, closing, mortgage banking or retail
