Job Responsibilities


Preparation and analysis of historical store P&Ls

Prepartion of proforma store P&Ls and ROI analysis for all proposed real estate transactions.

Monitoring of existing and new store capital expenditures and margins, and revising store proforma projections as necessary

Sales forecasting utilizing AnySite Analyzer system

Preparation of demographic and psychographic analysis of potential and existing store locations

Preparation of market NPV/ROI calculations

Performing of general real estate meeting preparation work

Preparation of summary analysis by store type (existing fleet & new store projections)

Monitoring of store database and revisions

Performing of ad hoc analysis


Job Qualifications


The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent time and management skills, as he/she will work independently on multiple projects with intermittent supervision.

In addition, the ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, as this candidate will be the primary point of contact for interdepartmental communication of the real estate schedule and terms and conditions of real estate transactions, including preparation of letters of intent (LOI).

Accruent REM Systems experience

MS Access, Excel experience

Bachelor's Degree required, and MBA or CPA is a plus
