Who We are
Trendwest Resorts, Inc is one of the most successful companies in the vacation ownership industry. We market and sell interests or ownerships in beautiful resorts located throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and the South Pacific. Our properties are owned debt-free - by WorldMark, a not-for- profit entity that maintains and operates them on behalf of owners.

How We're Different
Today's consumer takes shorter, more frequent vacations at scenic and entertaining destinations close to home. Trendwest's innovative points-based system provides vacation credits that can be used at any resort inside the network for any length of stay at any time of the year. We provide a flexible alternative to traditional timeshare with a focus on the unique needs of our clients. Our infrastructure has been built with that purpose in mind.

Where We Came From
Founded in 1989, our flexible vacation credit system - combined with a strong mix of domestic locations and exotic resorts - swiftly put us at the forefront of the industry. By 1997, Trendwest ranked fifth in total ownership sales in the U.S., and today our sales volume continually outpaces the industry average.

Where We're Going
In 2002, Trendwest was purchased by the Cendant Corporation, the largest travel and Hospitality Company in the world, with revenues in excess of $19 billion. With this acquisition our position in the industry grew even stronger, allowing us to provide unsurpassed, innovative services to our customers and expand our resort offerings.


POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for consistent and accurate sales presentations to Trendwest guests, achieve defined sales targets, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This is not inclusive of all duties, just the essential functions of the position. Other duties may be assigned.

Effectively deliver required sales targets.

Present Trendwest's Sales Process consistently and accurately.

Maintain a high level of customer service and quality sales presentations.

Adhere to company and industry best practices.

Keep current on sales information and materials.

Keep current on and support the company's marketing strategies.

Attend and actively participate in all sales and training meetings.
Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually.

Lead by example in both professional and personal life.

May be responsible for group sales presentations.


EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Indicate minimum requirements necessary for this position.

Prior sales experience preferred
