EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:



ASSISTANT MANGERS



Minimum 1 year Assistant Management experience

Training, scheduling and supervising at least 4 employees

Must have a car and valid drivers license

Ability to work 50 - 55 hours per week

Ability to work 3 day-shifts, 1 mid-shift, 1 evening-shift weekly

Ability to motivate and develop a team



GENERAL MANAGERS



Minimum 1 year General Management or Co-Management experience

Complete P&L experience

Ability to work 50 - 55 hours per week

Recruiting, hiring, scheduling and training employees

Ability to develop and motivate team

Excellent communication skills


WE OFFER:


Salary plus Bonus Potential


Assistant Managers: $25,000 - $45,000 (plus Bonus*)

General Managers: $35,000 - $60,000 (plus Bonus*)
