The Dining Services Director will actively prepare meals and manage the operation of the Food Service Department to include staffing, food ordering and accountability, preparation, menu planning, food delivery and sanitation in accordance with appropriate health department regulations as well as maintaining a positive physical and social environment for the residents. Duties will include: scheduling staff; setting priorities; participating in recruitment; overseeing staff and kitchen; maintaining food cost and inventory; planning menus and other duties as assigned.



This is a full-time position with some weekend work.



Qualified candidates will be formally trained in food service management or the culinary arts, or have equivalent experience. Candidates must meet all health requirements. At least one year supervisory experience is preferred.
