Job Details:

Intermediate Cook - Mansion Cafe

Assists cooks in the cooking and garnishing of all foods in accordance with standardized recipes and plating guidelines. Displays understanding of basic cooking principles and exhibits those skills. Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of work area in accordance with city and state department codes.

Knowledge of Culinary Arts. High school diploma or equivalent. One to three years working in food service.
