Job Responsibilities

Restaurant General Managers are responsible for all functions of the restaurants :




they recruit, screen, hire, train and develop employees;


do sales forecasting and labor planning;


conduct risk/safety inspections;


manage inventory and facility;


order products;


conduct P&L analysis;


schedule crew members and manage revenue periods


Requirements:



2-5 years management experience in food service


Ability to develop and motivate a team


Good oral and written communication skills


Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills


Strong analytical / decision making skills
