ABOUT THIS POSITION:


Duties include:


Hiring and Training

Responsible for all employees

P & L Responsibilities, including budgeting and managing food and labor costs.

Support a team atmosphere that promotes and supports the restaurant.

Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, front of the house as well as back of the house.

Coach and Train team members.

Promote Customer Service

Customer focus, building trust, communication and motivation.


SKILLS / QUALIFICATION


Must have at least 2 years assistant manager experience in a fast food environment.

Willingness to work various shifts, holidays and weekends.


COMPENSATION


Starting salary of $28-$32 plus bonus to start
