We are looking for management team members to join our fast-paced environment. You must be a motivated, energetic professional to lead our team in a high-volume retail merchandising environment. Average store size is 25,000 square feet.


Primary Responsibilities:


Recruit and select successful team members

Train, motivate and develop store staff to the next level

Provide merchandising direction to store staff

Supervise store personnel lead by example

Use labor management tools, including staff scheduling, to maximize productivity

Monitor sales and stock inventories

Communicate with both the store, district, and corporate teams

Provide Loss Prevention for your location

Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus but not necessary

This is an hourly position
