Responsibilities
The primary purpose of this position is to assist in managing an auto parts store. In the absence of, or at the direction of the Store Manager or First Assistant Manager, provides customer service, maximizes sales, maintains a balanced inventory, protects company assets, and maintains a positive and safe store environment.

Qualifications
BI-LINGUAL HIGHLY PREFERRED

Assistant Managers must possess substantial sales skills, and strong human relations skills to effectively manage store associates and ensure satisfied customers. The ability to understand and act on written information, effective verbal and written communication skills, basic organizational, computer and math skills, and an understanding of the financial and economic characteristics of a retail store are required. Assistant Managers must have the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
