Due to the recent acquisition of Factory 2-U Stores, we are expanding our field supervision and are looking for District Managers to join our fast-paced environment. You must be a motivated, energetic professional to lead our team in a high-volume retail merchandising environment. Average store size is 20,000 square feet. Average store associate base is 25. 4 to 8 stores per district. Candidate must be a proven multi-store sales leader with solid recruiting, training and development skills. Responsible for driving volume, reducing shrink and controlling wage costs.


Primary Responsibilities:


Recruit and select successful team members

Train, motivate and develop store management staff to the next level

Solve Operational, Human Resources and Merchandising issues in a timely manner

Use labor management tools, including staff scheduling, to maximize productivity

Communicate with both the Director of Stores, stores and corporate teams

Position requires daily travel

Must have apparel experience.
