Linens 'n Things is one of the largest linens and home furnishings specialty retailers in the nation. With over 550 stores currently, we plan to open over 180 new 28,000+ sq. ft superstores over the next three years. This position will assist the Assistant Store Managers and General Manager in establishing and maintaining guest service by providing a guest friendly environment.

You will also be responsible for the execution and supervision of various activities involved in the overall operation of a Linens 'n Things department, including:
- Monitoring business trends
- Maximizing and driving sales
- Developing staff
- Freight flow
- Ensuring compliance with all Company policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, GM Walk / Structured Detail Recovery requirements
- First line management of Associate staff, which requires a complete understanding of Company personnel policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Responsible for the physical merchandising and presentation standards within respective departments
- Incumbent must have strong leadership and motivational skills
- Must be flexible with scheduling
