Job Summary

The Designer provides kitchen, bath design assistance to guests and completes the design and sale of remodeling projects that meet and exceed the guests' needs.

Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Be the Single-Point-of-Contact (SPOC) for the guest from retainer collection until the sale is complete.
-Use selling and guest qualification tools, as appropriate.
-Provide in-home and in-store design assistance.
-Provide solutions with the highest levels of creativity and design that meet the guest's needs.
-Understand guests' objectives (needs, desires and budgetary limits) and introduce them to products that will best meet their objectives.
-Promote the great indoors installation services and present the great indoors value proposition
-Schedule the initial guest home visit, and coordinate this with the assigned project manager.
-Provide clean, accurate and timely job design and product specifications to the assigned design technician. Work with guest and design technician to finalize project design. Use 20/20 to finalize the design as needed
-Work with the project manager, and the design technician to develop, verify, and finalize total project price (merchandise and labor) for the guest.
-Verify the final design, materials list and cost of product, and installation services with the project manager and design technician.
