Position Title: Management Administrative Assistant

Department: Operations

Reports to: General Manager

Overall responsibility


Create, maintain and communicate schedules for new employees, orientations, meetings, training, employee reviews and store operation.

Conduct orientations in conjunction with other team members to include the GM and store staff.

Oversee the paperwork process for new employees and communicate with payroll and HR on new employee processing.

Coordinate paperwork with Home Office for Worker's Comp. claims, maintain Personnel Action Forms and ensure timely communication with Home office.

Regularly monitor payroll and benefit hours.

Maintain open enrollment for benefits to include posting and communication and monitor time off request with management team.

Coordinate mail

Order supplies as needed.

Assist in answering phones.

Other duties as determined by store management

Experiences requirement


Prior retail or customer service experience

Previous experience working in a retail support role

Knowledge of payroll and labor systems and training and facilitation skills
