Optical General Manager

Eye Care Centers of America, Inc. (ECCA), is one of the nation's leading optical retailers. Headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, ECCA opened in 1984 and has since grown to over 380 locations under the trade names of EyeMasters, Binyon's, Visionworks, Doctor's VisionWorks, Hour Eyes, Dr. Bizer's ValuVision, Doctor's ValuVision, Dr. Bizer's VisionWorld, Stein Optical, Vision World and Eye DRx.
We currently have openings for top notch individuals for the position of General Manager. The primary responsibilities of this position will be to oversee the sales and profitability of the location. This individual will be responsible for all operations of the location, including personnel, merchandising, inventory management, training, and safety.
The ideal candidate for this position must be an enthusiastic team player and possess strong communication and customer service skills.
Previous Customer Service and Retail Management experience is a plus. Previous knowledge of the optical business is not required, we will train.
