We currently have openings for top notch individuals for the position of Lab Manager. The primary responsibilities of this position will be to manage the operation of the lab to ensure the production of eyewear is accurate to prescription, ready as promised and meets our "7 Point Quality Check" standards.


The ideal candidate for this position would have prior optical lab experience and must be an enthusiastic team player with strong communication and customer service skills. This individual will be responsible for the training and development of the associates and must verify the calibration and maintenance of all equipment. Technically oriented individuals from outside the optical field are encourgaed to apply. Automotive Industry experience is also encouraged to apply.


Previous knowledge of the optical business is a plus but not required.
