Job Description:

Dillard's is currently seeking a Salon Manager. The Salon Manager is directly responsible for effectively growing Dillard's Salon's sales and profits by hiring, motivating and educating a team of professional Salon Associates. He or she conducts job performance reviews, manages staff and personnel issues, supervises customer service and is directly responsible for meeting and exceeding personal and salon goals. Heavy emphasis will be placed upon leading efforts in establishing and growing a client base. Sound recruiting and interviewing skills are also relied upon.

This position requires a positive, professional attitude, along with strong communication and organizational skills. Mathematical skills are a definate asset. Candidate should be an effective and efficient decision maker and problem solver. Time management skills and the ability to schedule a full-service salon while ensuring company image and cleanliness standards is required. Basic computing skills are a definite plus. Candidate must portray a positive, progressive image and exemplify a dedication to service, style, fashion and beauty.
