Currently we are looking for Associate General Manager and Hourly Floor Supervisors candidates to join our Retail Operations department for our store in Hoover, AL.


Associate General Manager


Job Overview:


The Associate General Manager, along with the General Manager, is responsible for managing the overall operation of the store. The Associate General Manager, next to the General Manager, is the foremost decision-maker in regard to every aspect of the store's operation, i.e., personnel, product procurement, merchandising and customer service. The Associate General Manager position requires strong leadership skills to train, supervise and lead the Sales Associates and Supervisors.


Job Requirements:

2+ years of progressive experience in retail management

Excellent communication and leadership skills, and sound judgement.

Experience with various customer service techniques

Prior accounting, budgeting, scheduling, inventory, loss prevention control and merchandising responsibilities are preferred.

A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.


Supervisor


Job Overview:


The Supervisor acts in a leadership role within the store and is responsible for assisting the General Manager and the Associate General Manager in store operations. The Supervisor's primary responsibilities are maintaining specific zones within the store, as well as performing certain roles (i.e., Visual, Customer Service, etc).


Job Requirements:




Previous experience in retail management

Excellent communication and leadership skills, and sound judgement.

Experience with various customer service techniques.
