The Store Manager will achieve sales and customer satisfaction standards and goals by maximizing the customer's experience and the store's revenue. Manage all phases of store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability through focusing on key business initiatives, store presentation, marketing execution, inventory management, customer service, loss prevention, payroll management, risk management, and daily operational cost control.

Responsibilities:
Hire, train and develop store employees. Schedule, organize and direct assignments
Resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions
Ensure interior and exterior of store is maintained to company standards
Utilize labor management tools, including effective scheduling, to maximize productivity, profitability and margins
Analyze store's financial data and take action to grow revenues, control costs, and ensure appropriate inventory management (maintain product and sell-through merchandise inventories) to achieve sales and profit goals
Communicate, execute, and manage marketing and merchandising programs
Manage store revenue, including cash handling, deposit reconciliation and delivery of deposits to bank
Execute and monitor loss prevention and shrink programs
Qualifications


Requirements:
4 year degree or equivalent management experience
Multi unit retail sales experience preferred
1 year supervisory experience
