Responsibilities
The primary purpose of this position is to efficiently manage an auto parts store, including maintaining store inventory, recruiting, developing, disciplining, and retaining motivated associates. The Store Manager also protects company assets, maintains audit compliance, adheres to established budgets, ensures a positive and professional work environment, ensures a safe working environment free from hazards, maintains store appearance, meets established sales goals, and ensures that the company's vision and principles of customer service are followed at all times.

Qualifications
Must possess strong communication, team building, associate development, conflict resolution, coaching, and discipline skills. The Store Manager must have substantial experience in managing or supervising a retail store. Specific experience in the automotive aftermarket is strongly desired. Specific experience in the commercial/wholesale automotive aftermarket is also preferred.

The position requires that the Store Manager possess excellent organizational skills. Understanding the financial and economic characteristics of the store (including P&L reports, R-2 reports, etc.) is required. The Store Manager must be able to analyze financial reports and take the appropriate action.

The Store Manager must be able to communicate effectively both in speech and in writing, and must be able to understand and act on written information. Store Managers must have the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
