This position is responsible for revenue growth and retention in assigned account base; primarily title companies and mid-market lender accounts. Other key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following:


Retain revenue by enhancing and aggressively pursuing integrated customer relationships, with particular emphasis in title companies and mid-market lender accounts.

Grow revenue by promoting the virtues of non-CD products to a historically CD-centric market; specifically XML and HTML branded solutions.

Supervise mid-market account orientation efforts and ongoing customer support.

Provide sophisticated coordination of internal resources in support of strategic account base.

Aggressively work account delinquency reports at the account level.

Professionally represent the company at industry events and trade show.

Carry out local sales representative RES product competency training.

The successful candidate will meet or exceed the following requirements:


Bachelor's degree in related field, preferred

Minimum of 3 years experience in Real Estate B2B industry.

Experience with customer training.

PC proficiency in Microsoft Office

Some sales experience a plus

Candidate must use his/her own vehicle and maintain proof of insurance. This position will receive all required equipment, such as an auto and cellular phone allowance and laptop computer.
