Account Manager

This is a commissioned compensation sales position. Current positions are in the Metropolitan Phoenix/Maricopa County market. The Account Manager works within a geographic territory to establish and maintain referral business within the professional real estate community. The Account Manager partners with local First American branch escrow operations staff to develop a business plan and budget. The Account Manager schedules and conducts sales calls to gain escrow service contracts and title policy orders for First American. The Account Manager completes required training and reporting on a regular and timely basis. The Account Manager works with the County Sales Manager to achieve sales goals and objectives. The position requires previous sales experience.QualificationsThis position requires previous sales experience. Two years of real estate industry/settlement services sales experience is preferred. Knowledge of real estate related technology tools and services preferred. Effective use of Microsoft Office business software including Word-Excel-Powerpoint, and general typing skills required. A valid drivers license and personal motor vehicle required.
